Vigilance Index TestNet

Phase I TestNet

This TestNet begins with selected Sumter, South Carolina ZIP codes. All records, statistics, case locations, charts, and scoring outputs currently shown are simulated interface data. They are not live government records, legal findings, risk determinations, or predictions about any individual or location.

South Carolina first

Explore community vulnerability, prevention, and verified public case outcomes by ZIP code.

Phase I is designed to test the interface, methodology presentation, public source transparency, and case-category filters before statewide automation is introduced.

Methodology: v0.1 prototype Effective: UI test only Source year: Prototype Retrieval date: Not applicable

Source provenance

Prototype safeguards

Community-level indicators do not identify individual children or victims.
Verified case outcomes are stored separately from vulnerability indicators.
Every production value will show source year, retrieval date, source link, and methodology version.
Missing data will be labeled as missing, not treated as zero risk.

Prevention layer

Prevention Programs

Phase I will show verified prevention resources separately from case outcomes and vulnerability indicators. Program coverage rules will be finalized before production scoring.
